Cultural & Environmental Immersion.

Connected people, healthy communities.

Our Cultural and Environmental experiential leadership expeditions build potential, grow real leadership skills, cultural awareness and push young people beyond comfort zones to find their magic within.

Our ACE Leadership program has been developed through our passion for 3 things.

  • Aboriginal history and cultural awareness – Spending time to build awareness, create empathy and inspire future generations.
  • Community Service – Finding ways to contributing meaningfully to the world beyond ourselves.
  • Environmental Stewardship – Connecting to the natural environment and being challenged to leave it better than we found it.

The expedition nature of the program supports the development of character and a strong sense of community building within the cohort.

East Kimberley.

Kununurra is our gateway to the East Kimberley where adventures awaits, history, culture and stories abound, amid an awe-inspiring natural environment, and 350 million year old geology.

We explore Kununurra and the surrounding Miriuwung and Gajerrong country to understand the region and its people. Hear stories form the local characters and build knowledge and understanding of local and ancient history.

Experience adventure and challenge on the “Big Water” of Lake Argyle and the Ord River.  The expanse and tranquillity highlight the remoteness of your location and you will catch fish for dinner as you watch stunning sunsets night after night, sleeping under star filled skies.

We learn about the Ord River Irrigation Area and experience its agricultural bounty.  We bring together all aspects of the local environment, pastoralist history, the mining and resource industry, national parks and conservation areas as we take part in an community project that supports the local environment and habitats.

We will explore the remarkable world heritage site of Purnululu National Park  and the Bungle Bungles and finish the journey with a stay at the iconic and remote El Questro station enjoying the waterholes, gorges and natural springs.

AdventureWorks was a fun experience for the students in year 4. The students were engaged in activities and were always occupied during activities. I loved the special character strength medallions received at the end, it made them feel very special.

Kolleen Kunkel, Year 4 GMAS

AdventureWorks did a wonderful job at cultivating an atmosphere of challenge, risk and safe learning. Overall, this camp helped teach life skills of responsibility, respect and communication while sticking to the core root of having fun in everything we did.

Danny and Naomi, FCC

Adventureworks took 33 of our Year 9 girls on an expedition along the Blackwood River in rafts and kayaks. The facilitators were outstanding. They were well-organised and professional and able to connect and build rapport quickly. Our group remained engaged and challenged feeling a sense of triumph at the end.

Anne Harris, JWACS

Before heading into the very busy tax season, we took time to focus on team building. AdventureWorks WA led us through raft building and more – this was just one of the many interesting challenges we worked on together. #teambuilding#culture

Blueprint Wealth

AdventureWorks for 2 years now and we are always left feeling happy, accomplished and motivated to take on a challenge.  The variety that each facilitator brings to their groups is
