Program Facilitators and Outdoor Technical Instructors

With over 20 years’ experience, AdventureWorks WA is a thought leader partnering with WA’s most innovative schools, to design and deliver cutting edge programs that grow the social and emotional capabilities of young people. Our Tribe harness the power of nature to facilitate profound learning experiences.

In a world where the pathway to adulthood is becoming increasingly tricky to navigate, AdventureWorks WA is creating a future where our young people have the space they need to learn, change, and to grow into their potential.

What are we looking for?

…and we only want the best. Which is why we are seeking individuals who are ‘unicorns’ to become our newest Tribe members.

We currently have opportunities to deliver high energy, fun and meaningful activity based outdoor programs in the following roles

• Program Facilitators; and
• Outdoor Technical Instructors

AdventureWorks WA HQ is based in Dunsborough, and our work takes us to the North in the Kimberley through to the South West on the Blackwood River. This allows our Tribe members to be based throughout WA including Perth and the South West, and travel accordingly.

Skills and Experience

Program Facilitators must have experience facilitating outcome focused programs in an outdoor, activity based environment.

Outdoor Technical Instructors must have qualifications and experience leading technical outdoor activities. Experience with multi-day expeditions would be awesome.

All Tribe members are required to hold and maintain the following qualifications as a minimum –

• First Aid (HLTAID002 and HLTAID003)
• CPR (HLTAID001)
• Working with Children Check
• Community Surf Rescue or Bronze Medallion
• Driver’s License
• Valid Australian Working Visa
