Team-building the focus for the Hockeyroos in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games.

The Hockeyroos squad, coaches and their support staff spent two days with AW ahead of the 2018 Commonwealth Games.  We worked with the coach to identify what they were hoping to achieve as a team and developed a series of activities to build team dynamics and cohesion, then pushed them out of their comfort zone a little more to test the strength of team support and communication. The team went straight back into training and went on to win silver at the Commonwealth Games the following month.  Just saying.
